Registration Acknowledgement

Your registration will be acknowledged within five (5) working days. Registration fees are based on date of receipt of payment (not the receipt of registration form).


Alterations

Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be made in writing via:

Payment

Full payment must be received prior to Antimicrobials 2019. Registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Please note that if your registration is made or payment is not received within two weeks of the commencement of the Meeting, you will be required to make payment by credit card.

Payment can be made in the following ways:

Credit Card Payment

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. 

Cheque Payment

Please make cheque/bank draft Australian Dollars payable to ASA and mail to the Meeting Office. On receipt of your payment, confirmation will be emailed to you. It is advisable to check all options listed are correct.

Electronic Funds Transfer

Please note that the Meeting will accept payments via electronic funds transfer. The Meeting bank details will be supplied on the invoice generated upon completion of your registration. Please include your invoice number as a reference on the deposit and forward your remittance advice to the Meeting Office.
